I’ve been a client here for about 4 years, the main reason is to help me with my severe scoliosis. The studio is super comfortable, all the instructors are caring and have a super high standart dedicating their task for each and every client. Nonetheless my muscles and movement got better, therefore a couple of months ago I decided to take my training as a pilates instructor here (yes! They have a well known master trainer in house). I never felt so enlightened, every single thing that has been taught to me are international standards module which I can not only use it in my daily life, but hopefully also to help people in the future.
